I advise technology and life sciences companies from formation through exit, as well as financial and strategic investors who invest in or acquire high-growth companies.

My practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including company formation, founder and employee equity issuances, corporate governance, venture capital financings, secondary sale transactions, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. I also leverage my experience in Wilson Sonsini's London office to advise U.S., UK and European companies and investors on cross-border transactions.

Prior to attending law school, I was a writer, editor, and video producer at Crutchfield, and still enjoy talking consumer electronics.
