Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art that has applications ranging from defense training, to mindfulness and meditation. Through this workshop, Hiromi Johnson of Charlottesville Tai Chi will focus on healing and consciousness with intentional movements that allow participants to engage with their bodies and focus on energy. This workshop can be practiced either seated or standing, and movements are stationary in nature.

Note that this session is now taking place outside on the lawn at the McGuffy Arts Center.

This conference session is open to the public and does not require registration.
