To flourish, our youth need to have an optimistic view of the future. They need to understand that there is a community that embraces and supports them; and has thought through what opportunities await for them. This is both pathways to employment and a meaningful contributor to culture and society.

This panel explores what creates a hope-filled future for Charlottesville's youth. How do we inspire the youth with a pathway that is filled with opportunity? When youth are struggling, how does the community support them and lift them up

This panel conversation with different community members that are supporting youth with their organizations, and sharing the opportunities, barriers, and possibilities of creating pathways in the Charlottesville community.
