Community youth are invited out to enjoy a free youth fitness demonstration! This event is led by George Rivera from Wartime Fitness Warriors, a local non-profit providing fitness-related resources and peer-to-peer support to underprivileged families in the community, and Martize Tolbert, cofounder of Peace in the Streets.

This event will occur in Tonsler Park, the home of the Tonsler Basketball League. The Tonsler League is launching its 2023 playing season on April 23 with a special ALL STAR game from 4-6 PM featuring youth and adults local to the Charlottesville area. Prior to attending the game, youth ages 8 and up are invited to arrive early to enjoy this free demonstration.
