Tom Tom Festival 2023

The marching parade starters, Fredericksburg’s Elby Brass comes back to Tom Tom for a seventh year. Virginia's best street brass band—specializing in hard-hitting funk, sizzling soul, and shout-along favorites. Join in trumpets, trombones, saxophones, sousaphones, drums, and an undeniable energy. Don't expect anything but brash, raw horn jams and definitely don't expect to stand still.

The parade will start on the EAST Stage, stop off at CENTRAL Stage, and conclude at the WEST Stage.
